SILPIAN W-2, SILPIAN W-3 and SILPIAN WE-4 are silicon agents designed to prevent foaming or knock down foam in water and anhydrous environment with pH from 6 to 8 and in temperature below 120°C. SILPIAN W-2 and SILPIAN W-3 are used mainly in anhy- drous systems.
Additionally SILPIAN W-3 is intended for systems of higher cleanliness level. SILPIAN WE-4 is a water emulsion intended mainly for defoaming and foam control in water solutions. Typical application of SILPIANS: sewage-treatment plants, textile industry, chemical technological processes, pesticide production and other.
It is necessary to determine proper dosages of prepara- tion for each foaming system. Sediment may be formed at the bottom of the container during storage. Mix before use.
SILPIAN W-2, SILPIAN W-3 – mixing increases ef ciency. SILPIAN WE-2, SILPIAN WE-4 – before adding to the foaming environment, dilute with tap water (3-5 part of water to 1 part of SILPIAN)
